About Us
The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in June 2021. This university was one of two new Universities of Technology established and located in Akwa Ibom State in the South-South and in Jigawa in the North-West geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
